Fr. Thomas Apil celebrating his Silver Jubilee ( 25yrs of his priesthood) at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic church - Kongowea where he was brought up. He is the first priest to Celebrate 25 years in his priesthood at Kongowea according to Rev. Dr. Harrison Mativo who hails from the same Parish.
